The Relocation Corner: Pro Tip for Newcomers
If you’re exploring these towns for a potential move, keep an eye on the park-to-park connectivity. Raleigh and Cary are currently working on expanding greenway links that will eventually allow you to bike from downtown Cary to the NC Museum of Art in Raleigh without ever hitting a main road. When touring homes, ask about "Greenway access"—it’s one of the biggest drivers of property value in our area!
Happy exploring, neighbors! See you out on the trails.
