In Morrisville, Cary, and Apex, the months of supply remain steady, and homes are selling at 102% of the list price, slightly up from last month. The average days on the market is just 4 days, indicating a strong seller’s market.

Holly Springs and Fuquay Varina show a slight drop in months of supply to 1.3, with homes selling quickly—within 5 days on average. Both areas clearly indicate a seller’s market with decreasing days on the market and more homes selling over the list price. This trend is likely to continue through late summer.
